Hi! I’m Sandhya
Yoga has shaped every chapter of my life. As a child with asthma, it helped me reclaim my breath. In my teens, it laid the foundation for a lifetime of healthy eating and movement habits. Through 15+ years in a demanding corporate career and the transition into motherhood, it remained my anchor for strength, balance, and sustainable well-being.
